Would you like to add a heater to your garage or pole barn, but wonder how much it would cost to run a gas line to it? The cost of the gas line will vary depending on the distance you need the line to run, as the line will terminate where the heater is located (or on the outside of the structure). The longer the distance the line needs to run, the more expensive the installation will be.
Garages and pole barns with heaters inside require proper ventilation-we need to ensure that the fumes are vented out, either out the side or through the roof. In order for the heater to work properly, there also needs to be enough air coming back into the structure.
The good news is that if West Michigan Gas Piping is running your gas lines, we will take care of the venting as well!
Hanging heaters are typically purchased through an HVAC company. If you do purchase a hanging heater independently, our team can install it for you. However, if you are working with an HVAC company, they will take care of the rest once the gas line has been installed.
